Buffet Breakfast
Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant
 
Half Board
• Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant 
• Half Board is dinner only and cannot be swapped to lunch.
• Half Board will be served as buffet dinner in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) or as 3 course set-menu in Khyber (Indian Restaurant, subject to availability and only dinner).
• Half Board is food only and does not include any beverages or water.
• Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals. Lunch or Dinner cannot be swapped from arrival to departure or accumulated.
• Half board cannot be booked for individual days only.
• Additional Gala Dinner Supplement applicable on 31 December 2024 on all meal plans booked (as per above charges).
 
Half Board Plus
• Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant  
• Half Board Plus will be served as buffet dinner + 2 beverages alcohol (house beer or house wine) / or non-alcohol during the meal per person
 
Full Board
• Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant  
• Full Board is set menu lunch in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) and buffet dinner in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) or as 3 course set-menu in Khyber (Indian Restaurant, subject to availability and only dinner).
• Full Board will be served as lunch and dinner.
• Full Board is food only and does not include any beverages or water.
• Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals. Lunch or Dinner cannot be swapped from arrival to departure or accumulated.
• Full Board must be taken for the full duration of the stay and by all parties booked. Full Board cannot be booked for individual days only.

» GENERAL POLICIES

• The contracted rates are valid for FIT/individuals bookings only up to 9 rooms. 10 rooms & above reservations will be considered as group booking and rates will be provided on request.
• In the event of early departure or no show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Mandatory Gala Dinner Outdoor on 31 December 2024.
 
Festive Season period (24 December 2024 – 10 January 2025)
• No checkout on 31 December 2024, 1 January 2025
• For Clients/Guests staying through 31 December 2024, compulsory Gala Dinner charges (as above) to be applied.
• Minimum length of stay of 5 nights for arrivals between 28 December 2024 to 02 January 2025.
 
Child Policy
• A Baby cot can be provided in all room types at no extra charges, baby cot remains subject to availability. Due to different configuration of the rooms in some cases baby cot can only be placed in living
room of the unit (applies to rooms with consists of bedroom and living room).
• Children up to 11 y.o stay free on Bed & Breakfast basis on existing bedding, as per maximum occupancy.
• Children 06-11 years old - Charges apply on meal plan supplements (Half Board/Half Board Plus, Full Board/Full Board Plus)
• Child 12y.o and above considered as adult (third adult supplement will apply)

playmakers will look after children aged 5-12 without parental/guardian supervision
• Kids club is open from 10am - 6pm daily
• Kids club is accessible for children from 0 years to 12 years of age
